Return within 30 days
With us it is possible to return your goods to us within 30 days.
Free return in store
You can return your goods free of charge if you drop them off at any branch. All unused, like-new standard stock items can be returned within 30 working days in the original packaging by presenting the receipt. Used goods that are not in their original packaging will be refunded with a 30% deduction. Exhibits, tailored textiles and hygiene items, in particular bedding and extra orders (custom-made products) are excluded from return. Services rendered, such as delivery and assembly, are non-refundable. The return transport is organized by the customer and the costs are borne by him.
Return by post
A return by post is only free of charge if the ordered items are defective. You can contact customer service here:info@grunmobel.ch or info@grunmobel.com.
If the goods are intact and you would like to return the goods by post, you would have to pay the usual postage costs
